Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding born on December 30, 1986 Hereford, England) is an English artist and singer. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of the charts with her electro pop sound after capturing the public's attention by releasing "Starry Eyed," as well as "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has been at the cutting edge of the movement, just like Kate Bush and Imogen Sheap of popular contemporary music, and independent, hip-hop that is arty. Her soprano voice and talent for writing emotional songs is what makes her stand out. Polydor Records signed her to a record label deal and she was preparing the release of her debut album.
