Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 she earned her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit gymnastics in her youth. Within a short time and a half, she was able obtain her Pro Card aged 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel stopped her professional career for six years to pursue her education. In the year 2015 she returned on stage to compete in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance that she was competing in throughout her career and established new goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel had a break of six years from competing after obtaining her pro-card to complete her college education. In the month of October, 2015, she competed again to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia to place 6th in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than happy of her performance. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. as well as seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the workout sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all of her back exercises. This is usually three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
